Ted Herbert’s music instructors are some of the finest musicians and teachers in the New England area. We are thrilled to be a part of The Majestic Theatre family since January of 2016. The Majestic is honored to continue the long tradition created by The Herbert family in offering quality affordable lessons for all ages and quality affordable instrument rentals for our community.

Amazing Music Lessons

We are currently offering In-Person, Virtual, and Hybrid Lessons in piano, voice, guitar, bass, ukulele, Woodwinds, Brass, Strings, and Percussion.

Easy Instrument Rentals

We are excited to announce that Ted Herbert’s is once again renting band/orchestra instruments through a partnership with David French Music in Westborough MA (a locally owned family company). We invite you to “walk in” to our Page Street Studio, fill out a rental agreement/pay the rental fee, and “walk out” with an instrument. (we are the cheapest in town). Rental Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9am-5pm and by appointment; call (603)669-7469 if you need a later or alternative time to come in and rent. Scholarships

The Ted Herbert Music School is happy to provide a limited amount of partial scholarships each year due to the generosity of some of our community supporters. Scholarship applications are accepted year-round, simply download the THMS financial aid form. Completed forms and materials can be mailed to us or brought to our offices at 880 Page Street, Manchester NH 03109.
