Candace Gatzoulis

Acting, Audition Preparation

  • Candace Gatzoulis is a graduate from Emerson College, with a masters degree in Theatre Education, and is currently the Director of Chorus at Hampstead Middle School. She was previously on the faculty at Proctor Academy as the Vocal Music Instructor, and was the music and drama teacher from 2016-2019 at David R. Cawley Middle School where she also served as the Director of the Chorus, Select Chorus, Acapella group, and the school’s musical production.

    She has worked as a Director, Choreographer and Music Director in over 35 community theatre and school productions, and has appeared onstage in RB Productions’ Mary Poppins (Mary Poppins), theatre Kapow’s production of A Story that Cuts Like a Knife (The Woman), and Peacock Players’ Hairspray (Velma Von Tussle). Candace has had the opportunity to perform with the Boston Pops, and for the Red Sox and Celtics. A NH Theatre Awards Top 10 nominee as a director, choreographer and actress, she won the award for “Best Supporting Actress” as Anita in Majestic Theatre’s West Side Story in 2016, was a top 3 finalist for “Best Actress” in 2018 and 2019 for her performances as Tilly in theatre KAPOW’s Melancholy Play: a Chamber Musical and Mary Poppins in RB Productions Mary Poppins.

    Candace truly enjoys helping her students to develop healthy vocal habits, explore repertoire appropriate for their voice, and polish their overall performance skills.

Jocelyn Duford

Acting, Improvisation, Audition Preparation

  • Jocelyn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Dartmouth College and has since been performing throughout New England as an actor, singer, and educator. She is currently the Artistic Director for The Fairy Tale Players, a group dedicated to providing educational, interactive, and inspiring live theatre for young children. Jocelyn is the Theatre Advisor at Mountain View Middle School in Goffstown. She has taught many theatre summer camps for various performing companies, either directing a fully produced musical or leading various acting workshops. Jocelyn has directed several youth productions for Majestic, including summer camp performances. She has been nominated for Best Actress in a Musical (EMACT DASH) and Best Singer in a Musical (NY Winterfest).

Robert Dionne

Audition Preparation, Public Speaking

  • Robert holds a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Maine. Robert has a Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Maine (Orono), where he studied a complete coursework in Music Education, Vocal and Instrumental Performance, as well as serving as Associate Conductor and Intern for several music and theatre programs while at UMO.

    Robert is the Founding and Artistic Director of The Majestic Theatre. He has worked with many area theatre companies as a Director, Musical Director, Vocalist, and Actor. Some of the companies Robert has worked with include The Majestic, StageCoach Productions, Community Players of Concord, Leddy Center, New Thalian Players, Nottingham Theatre Project, Hampstead Middle School Drama, Nashua Theatre Guild, Manchester Community Players/Second Stage, and Murder & Mayhem Productions. Favorite roles include Albert in “Bye Bye Birdie”, Daddy Warbucks in “Annie”, Whizzer Brown and Marvin in two separate productions of “Falsettos”, Father in “Children of Eden”, Barrett in “Titanic: The Musical”, and King Herod in “Jesus Christ Superstar”.

    Robert is also the Director of The “VOLUNTAIRES”, a 30+ member community choir that has been performing for local health care and assisted living facilities in southern NH for over 30 years; he is also Choir Director at two area assisted livings.
